ORDER PROCESSING

Our goal at Anura Wijemanne Associates is to provide a reliable and effective service to guarantee 100% customer satisfaction.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, not including public and mercantile holidays. Once we receive your order we will process it and dispatch it from our warehouse within 48 hours. Once the order has been dispatched we will notify you, about shipment along with your shipment details, via email and update the status of the order on the website customer account.

What are the Shipping costs?

We offer free worldwide shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship the items internationally through the National Gem & Jewellery Authority of Sri Lanka.  Once dispatched from our warehouse, it takes 2 -3 weeks for the delivery. The duty charged on importing precious stones is different from country to country. Please inquire with the relevant customs body in your country. The buyers shall be liable for duty and various expenses that may arise when importing precious stones into your country. If you have any questions or would like any help with regards to customs in your country, please don’t hesitate to contact us via email info@anurawa.com or through the contact portal on the website, as we would be happy to help you with any questions or concerns.

Is the shipment Insured?

Insurance is dependent on the cost of the item. Please note that all orders above $100.00 come with insurance, therefore the shipping cost remains the same and you will be fully reimbursed in case of a parcel misplacement during shipping.

EXCHANGE POLICY

What is our exchange policy? How long is it valid?

Should you wish to return an item purchased from us online, we will be happy to exchange a product, provided it is in fully resalable condition. Returns should be made within 7 days of receiving the item, and in original, undamaged packaging along with the invoice. If we determine that the product has not been damaged or is not returned in its original condition, we reserve the right to refuse the refund. A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods. Returns can be made through either of these options. If not the customer is responsible for return charges.

Returns can be completed in 2 methods;

  • Courier service
  • In store return

Before sending the item back, inform us of the return and send the following information to us via email or the contact portal on the website. Include the following information;

  • Order Number
  • Reason for return
  • If replace the item, select the item you wish to replace it with. However, we will be unable to replace the item till the original item has been received by us.

If we send an item that is incorrect, damaged or faulty, contact us and we will email you back with further instructions and we will arrange for return shipping and handling.

Courier Service

We will arrange the courier service to pick up the item or provide a drop off location. Please use the proper packaging material and follow the packing instruction sent to you.

In Store Returns

Bring the item along with a printed copy of the purchase invoice to the main store and tell the sales assistant you bought it online.

Exchanges

If you would prefer to exchange products, there are 2 methods to do so.

  • Courier service
  • In store return

Courier Service

Once the original item is received at our office or warehouse and inspected for damages, the replacement item will be shipped via courier service. Please follow the instruction for returns for shipping and packaging instructions.

In Store Returns

You can return items to the AWA main store. Bring a printed copy of the payment invoice along with the item. Please inform us prior to arrival, in order for us to have the replacement item read. Returns can be made at any time between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Sri Lankan time, from Monday to Friday. We will be unable to release the exchanged product until the original product has been received and inspected.

Promotional Items

When returning goods on which you have received a discount or special offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply. Additionally, any free promotional gift issued with an order must also be returned if you are returning those goods.

Items We Are Unable to Refund or Exchange

Items that have been damaged or is not returned within the designated time period for returns

Delivery Charges

We will refund either pay for or refund delivery charges if the item was faulty, damaged or wrong upon arrival, but not when a product is simply unwanted.

Can I Change or Cancel an Order?

If you wish to change or cancel an order, contact us via email, the contact portal on the website, or call our store at +94 112769838 during office hours. Please have the order number and date of order at hand. If your products have already been delivered, then you will need to follow our return procedure.
